Red Works recently did some reupholstery work for a gorgeous client who had an old wingback suite sitting under her house. She loved the style of the suite but wanted to create a new "whimsical" look for it for a sitting room in her soon to be renovated home. She fell in love with the Alhambra pink cut velvet fabric and then also loved the chartreuse cut velvet from Mokum and then the sofa fabric and trim/ button detail just fell in to place from there - we selected a heavy duty charcoal ottoman weave fabric and I think that the hot pink piping and deep buttoning detail is so much fun.
I can't wait to see this in her new home once the builder has done his magic. Talk about a twist on an old classic !
